of the County and State aforesaid of the other part, to witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of sixty pounds
Sterling money in hand paid to the said Jonas Hill by the said Solomon Palmour the said Jonas hath hereby bargained, sold,
conveyed, & confirmed & by these presents doth bargain, sale, convey, confirm unto the said Soloman Palmour, his heirs &
assigns forever a certain Plantation or tract of land containing one hundred, twenty acres (more or less), situated in the

Money to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge he the said Jonas Hill hath bargained, sold, and

Indenture bearing date one thousand seven hundred and eighty six as by ____ to the original grant annexed doth appears
together with all and singular the houses, out house, fences, trees, woods, water, water courses, profits, commodities,
hereditaments, and appurtenances, whatsoever to the said land belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the

Pendleton County of the one part and Jonas Hill of the same State and county aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Cox for and in consideration
of the sum of fifty pounds current money to him in hand paid by the said Jonas Hill at and before the sealing & delivering these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained & sold unto the said Jonas Hill one hundred & sixty three acres of land be the same more or less situated in Pendleton County on the

of the American Independence between Jonas Hill of South Carolina in Pendleton District on the one part and William Hammond of the State and District aforesaid
of the other part witnesseth that the aforesaid Jonas Hill for & in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid by said William Hammond, at and before
the delivering of these presents the receipt is hereby acknowledged by said Jonas Hill and hath bargained and sold unto the said William Hammond a certain tract
of land lying on the waters of Stamp Creek and Cornhouse Creek and fork of Stamp Creek, a branch of Little River one hundred and fifty acres, more or less, it being

forty four degrees East thirty chains to a black oak corner, thence along a conditional line made between Jonas Hill and William Thompson of seventy-three chains to
a fence corner in Belfield Woods line, thence along said Wood's line to a corner where said Hill's line joins said Wood's line, Thence along said Hill's line to a stake in
a strait line with a ____ and a (Spanish?) oak agreed as fair between said Hill & said Hammonds, thence to a corner pine in the head a branch of Cornhouse Creek,
thence down said branch to the beginning branch corner. To have and to hold the said land and premises to the aforesaid William Hammond, his heirs & assigns in fee
simple forever himself and his heirs and their use and benefit and said Jonas Hill doth ____ for himself, heirs & assigns with said William Hammonds his heirs and assigns
that he hath a good and lawful right & authority to sell & convey the aforesaid land and premises at the time of __________ & acknowledging the premises to the said

or parcel of land containing fifty acres by survey bearing date the 23 day of May 1827 lying in said County on Tallys fork of Rush Creek of Crow Creek of Tennessee
River. Beginning on a beech north East corner to Thomas Hopkins sixty nine acres, Running East twenty five poles to a stake in … Tally's fork. Tense North ninety
poles to a black oak. Thence West ninety poles to a plumb tree and beech. Thence South ninety poles to a post oak and Spanish oak in Hopkin's line and with the
same East to the Beginning. With the hereditaments and appurtenances to have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Jonas

on the Ninth day of January 1830, there is granted by the said State of Tennessee unto Jonas Hill a certain tract or parcel of land containing fifty acres by survey
bearing date the 5th day of February 1833 lying in said county on the dividing ridge between the Lost Cove and Tally's Fork of Crow Creek. Beginning on the
Southwest corner of William Barnes 50 acres on which John Parry now lives; Running South 126 1/2 poles to a hickory lettered G. G. Then East 63 1/4 poles
to a hickory; thence North 126 1/2 poles to a stake on the South boundary of said 50 acres and with the South West to the Beginning. With the hereditaments
and appurtenances to have and to the said Jonas Hill to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever. In Witness Whereof Newton Cannon, Governor of the
