Our mission is to serve Polk County and all of the entities located within the county with an educational facility and commerce facility that will offer classes for degree and non-degree programs and a commerce facility to hold the various events that are needed and desired by a fast growing community.

The proposed plan for the College/Commerce Center will be approximately 30,000 square feet with approximately 400 parking spaces. The college facility will be approximately 20,000 square feet. The commerce center will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet. The common area of the College/ Commerce Center (restrooms, foyer, hallways, breakout rooms, kitchen, etc.) will service both the college facility and the commerce facility.
